Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAXIM mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by MAXME LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

MAXIM is a team shift and rotation management tool. It lets you lay out stations, assign and rotate team members, track breaks and live status, import and export schedules, and keep timestamped records. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. Access requires authentication. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

MAXIM is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and yearly plans, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not within the App.
  • If a free trial is offered and you subscribe, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices may vary by region and may change; we will give notice of price changes as required by the applicable store and law.
Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the platform you purchased through (Apple or Google) under their terms. Refund requests are subject to that platform's policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
  • Use the App to break any law or infringe the rights of others;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

5. Your Data

You are responsible for the schedule and team information you enter into the App. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You should keep your own backups of any data that is important to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logo, and content, is owned by MAXME LTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and may rely on third-party services. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms. For Apple devices, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA governs for the App obtained from the App Store.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXME LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
